  • 8 oz. pasta shells, uncooked
  • 1 lb. process cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 C. milk
  • 2 Tbs. ketchup
  • 1 Tbs. horseradish
  • 2 C. ham, fully cooked and cubed
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed

Cook the pasta as directed on the box. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the cheese and milk. Cover and microwave on high for 2 minutes then stir. Heat for another 1 to 2 minutes, or until smooth. Stir in the ketchup and horseradish until well blended. Drain the pasta and place in a large bowl. Add the ham, peas, and cheese sauce. Transfer the pasta to a greased baking dish, cover, and bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
