  • 1 pkg. lemon cake mix, 2 layer size
  • 1 (3-oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
  • 1 1/2 C. vegetable oil
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/2 C. orange juice
  • 1/4 C. powdered sugar
  • 1/2 C. key lime juice

Combine cake mix, gelatin, oil, eggs and orange juice in a mixing bowl. Beat at medium speed for 3 to 4 minutes or until smooth. Pour into greased and floured 10-inch round cake pan. Bake in preheated 350 oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until cake tests done. Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
