  • 16 oz. garbanzo beans
  • 1 lg. lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 C. tahini
  • 1 garlic cloved, finely minced
  • 2 Tbs. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin
  • 2 Tbs. water
  • 1 tsp. lemon pepper
  • paprika, for serving

Puree all the ingredients together except for the oil. While pureeing, slowly drizzle it in until the desired consistency forms. Serve with an extra dash of paprika.
