  • 2 bags tortilla chips
  • 2 cans tomatoes, diced
  • 5 fresh jalapenos, sliced
  • 2 bags lettuce
  • sour cream
  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1 lb. Mexican blend cheese, shredded
  • 2 T. chopped cilantro

Place the ground meat in a nonstick skillet and cook over medium-high heat. Use a spatula to break up the ground beef into equal-size pieces as it cooks. Let it cook and keep breaking up the beef until is has browned. Tilt the skillet so the fat drains to one side.
Spread the tortilla chips out on a large tray and spread the ground beef on top. Add cheese, onions, tomatoes, jalapenos, and lettuce as a topping.
Place a drop of sour cream and a sprinkle of cilantro.
