Tarragon Butter
Ingredients
- 1/2 C. butter
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
- 1 tsp. dry tarragon
Directions
In a sauce pan over medium heat, melt the butter and stir in the garlic, lemon juice and lemon rind, mixing well. Add in the tarragon and allow flavors to blend overnight. Use on fish or other seafood.
