  • 1 (14 oz.) can cranberry sauce
  • 1 C. cranberry juice
  • 1 pkg. cranberry gelatin
  • 1 C. heavy whipping cream

In a saucepan bring the sauce, juice and gelatin to a boil and stir until it dissolves. Chill the mixture for an hour or so until it begins to thicken. Fold in the heavy whipping cream and divide the mixture into dishes. Refrigerate for another 3-4 hours and serve.
