Taste Of Spain Plantain Chips

- 2 green (unripe) plantains
- 2 Tbs. canola oil or coconut oil
- sprinkle of salt
Preheat the oven to 450. Peel and slice the plantains and coat them with oil and salt. Bake them on a cooking sheet, for about 10 minutes, flipping them halfway through. The ‘chips’ should look like gold coins.
