  • 1 Sliced Boneless Chicken Breast
  • ¾ Cup of Chopped Mushrooms
  • 12-Inch Pre-Baked Dough
  • 1 Cup of Sundried Tomatoes
  • ½ Cup of Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Cup of Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • ¼ Cup of Chopped Basil
  • 1 Minced Garlic Clove
  • 1 Teaspoon of Thyme
  • 1 Teaspoon of Oregano
  • ½ Teaspoon of Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
  • 2 Teaspoons of Melted Butter

To begin, preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and pour your olive oil into a skillet above a medium-high heat. Place the chicken into the skillet and dust in the thyme, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Add in the garlic and cook for about 5-7 minutes, making sure to mix the chicken around to help cook through all sides.

Roll out your dough and fold up the sides to help create a crust. Then, pour the cheddar cheese, mushrooms, sundried tomatoes, chicken, and leftover olive oil from the skillet onto the dough. Top everything with the shredded parmesan cheese and brush the melted butter along the edges of the dough.

Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese has browned. Top with basil, serve warm, and enjoy!
