  • 3 cups fresh tangerine juice
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon corn syrup

Strain tangerine juice through a fine sieve into a large mesh bowl. Press as much juice to sieve as possible with a rubber spatula and discard remaining pulp. Add lemon juice, sugar, and corn syrup to bowl and stir until sugar is dissolved completely. Process in an ice cream maker according to directions, and serve immediately or after chilling for a few hours.
