Tasty Ahi Tartare

- 1 lb fresh ahi tuna
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 tablespoon green onions, minced
- salt and pepper
Finely chop the tuna and place in a bowl. Add the oil and lime juice and mix thoroughly.
Season to taste. Top with green onions and serve with crackers or wonton crisps.
