  • 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 (1-1.25 oz.) taco seasoning
  • 1 1/2 C. shredded cheese, divided
  • 2 Tbs. water
  • 2 (8 oz.) packages refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 egg white, beaten
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Tomatoes
  • Sour Cream

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Heat a medium skillet over medium heat and cook ground beef, while crumbling for 10-12 minutes or until no longer pink. Drain and transfer to mixing bowl. Stir in taco seasoning, 1 C. cheese and water.

Roll out dough and separate into 16 even triangles. Arrange the triangles in a circle on a baking sheet. They will be slightly overlapping. Scoop ground beef and distribute evenly on top of dough in a circle. Fold over triangles. Brush with egg white and sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Remove from oven and in the center, place lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream. Serve.
