  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • pinch salt
  • 2 T. brown sugar
  • 1egg
  • 1 T. butter
  • 3 T. milk
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 C. blueberries

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and lightly butter the four ramekins. In a bowl combine the flour, brown sugar, baking soda, salt and whisk. Once the mixture becomes smooth, add the milk, vanilla, melted butter and stir. Toss the blueberries in the mixture. Divide the batter evenly into the ramekins. Bake for about 25 minutes.
