  • 3 lb. boneless pork shoulder, skin and excess fat removed
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • ½ C. low-sodium chicken broth or water
  • 2 C. barbecue sauce
  • 2 Tbs. mustard
  • 2 Tbs. honey
  • 1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 8 hamburger buns

Line bottom of Crockpot with onions and garlic. Place pork on top. Pour broth or water on top. Cook on low for 8 hours. Remove and let cool. Shred the meat using forks. Return pulled pork into the Crockpot. Add barbecue sauce, mustard, honey, Worcestershire sauce. Add desired amount of salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 1 hour on low.

Remove and place on hamburger buns. Serve.
