Ingredients

  • Dressing:
  • ¼ C. soy sauce
  • ¼ C. red wine vinegar
  • ¼ C. green onions, chopped
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. sriracha
  • 1 T. toasted sesame oil
  • 2 T. hoisin sauce
  • 2 T. ginger, minced
  • 3 T. canola oil
  • Salad:
  • 1 lb. napa cabbage, chopped
  • 2 C. matchstick carrots
  • 2/3 C. almonds, sliced
  • ½ C. cilantro leaves, chopped
  • 2 tsp. black sesame seeds

Mix together all of the dressing ingredients into a bowl. Set aside. For the salad, add in all of the chopped, sliced and prepared ingredients into another bowl. Once the salad is tossed, add in the dressing. Serve and enjoy.
