  • 2 C. cooked ham, cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1 lb. cooked asparagus, cut into 1" pieces
  • 1 C. cheddar cheese, grated
  • 3 C. milk
  • 1 C. butter milk biscuit baking mix
  • 4 eggs

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Generously coat a 4 qt. casserole with cooking spray and set aside. In a large bowl, mix ham, asparagus and cheese. Transfer to a prepared casserole dish. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, baking mix and eggs. Pour batter over ingredients in casserole and bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until set.
