  • 1 (2 lb.) thawed frozen hash browns
  • 1 stick soft butter
  • 1/2 C. chopped onion
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 C. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 C. melted margarine
  • 2 C. crushed corn flakes

Mix all ingredients except hash browns, corn flakes and melted butter. Lightly add in thawed hash browns to mixture. Top with mixture of corn flakes and melted butter. Bake, uncovered, for about 40 minutes at 400 degrees.
