  • 30 Oreo cookies, divided
  • 3 Tbs. butter, melted
  • 3 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ C. sugar
  • 1 tsp. Vanila
  • 3 eggs
  • ¼ C. cocoa-powder

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place 20 cookies in a bag and crush using a rolling pin until well crushed. Transfer to a mixing bowl. Add butter and mix until well combined. Form a crust by pressing cookie mixture to the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan making sure there are no holes.

In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla using an electric mixer on medium speed. Gradually add each egg, one at a time. Break remaining Oreo in half. Gently fold into cream cheese mixture. Pour batter into crust. Bake for 40 minutes. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Remove from refrigerator and sift cocoa powder on top. Slice and serve.
