Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 package ramen noodles
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 brocolis, chopped
  • 1 mushroom, chopped
  • 2 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp.chili oil
  • 1/2 T. ginger root, minced
  • 1 green onions, sliced

Directions

In a saucepan combine the broth and noodles. Cover and bring to a boil over high heat for about 8 minutes, then add the soy sauce, chili oil, carrots, broccoli,salt, pepper, and ginger. Cook for another 5 minutes, then let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
