Tasty Sausage Balls
Ingredients
- 1 lb. sausage
- 1/2 C. chopped celery
- 1/2 C. chopped onion
- 1 8 1/2 oz. pkg. pork flavored stuffing mix
- 1/2 tsp. balking powder
- 3/4 C. hot water
- 1 egg, beaten
Directions
Mix sausage, celery, and onion together. Mix stuffing mix, baking powder and hot water in separate bowl; add egg. Combine the two mixtures and make into small balls. Bake in a 14x10 x2 inch baking dish for 16 minutes covered, at 350 degrees. Uncover and bake 30 minutes or until brown.
