  • 1 lb tagliatelle
  • 2 3/4 lb cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1/4 C. olive oil
  • salt, pepper to taste

In a large pot, cook pasta in boiling salted water until just tender, then drain.

While pasta is cooking, drizzle olive oil in a pan over a medium heat. Toss in tomatoes and cook until soft.

Add tomatoes with juice and drizzle olive oil, salt, and pepper to the top of the pasta in a large bowl. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
