My grandma used to make this when she would come to visit. It was a hearty, filling, tasty and most important cheap meal for our large family of 8!

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 bag Ore-Ida tater tots
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • salt, pepper and paprika for flavor & color

Preheat oven to 350. Press ground beef into bottom of 9x13-inch pan. Layer the tater tots in a flat layer over beef. Spread cream of mushroom soup over the top. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika. Bake for 1 hour.
