  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 C. ham, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1-2 C. vegetable broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 T. balsamic vinegar

In a large bowl, toss potatoes, green beans, onion, and ham with balsamic until evenly coated. Transfer to your crockpot, pour in broth, and season with salt and pepper. Cooke on high for 3 to 4 hours until vegetable are tender and ham is cooked through. Add more broth as needed.
