Ingredients

  • 2 C. orecchiette pasta, cooked
  • 2 strips thick-cut bacon, diced
  • 1 lb. Brussels Sprouts, very thinly sliced and trimmed
  • 2 Tbs. butter
  • 1 Tbs. lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Crushed red pepper, to garnish

Directions

Heat a medium skillet on high and cook the bacon until it’s crisp. Set the bacon aside and drain it. Add the Brussels Sprouts to the pan and saute them until they’re browning. After you cook the noodles, toss them in butter and top the dish with the Brussels and bacon. Squeeze the lemon juice on top and garnish the pasta with the crushed pepper.
