  • 1 lb. beef brisket
  • 1 can of kidney beans
  • ½ tsp. garlic salt
  • 2 celery stems, chopped
  • 3 ½ C. water
  • 4 tsp. beef bouillon
  • ¼ tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ cabbage head, chopped
  • 1 can of diced tomatoes
  • ¼ tsp. pepper
  • Fresh parsley

Directions

Place the beef brisket into the crockpot. Add in the kidney beans, garlic salt, chopped celery, water, beef bouillon, garlic powder, chopped cabbage head, diced and drained can of tomatoes and pepper. Set the crockpot on high. Cook for 2-3 hours. Serve with fresh parsley and enjoy.
