  • 1/2 C. Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce
  • 2 T. brown sugar
  • 1-½ lbs. chicken breasts
  • 2 tsp. cornstarch
  • 2 T. olive oil
  • 1 lbs. white rice, cooked
  • 1 T. sour cream

MIx teriyaki sauce and sugar together, then pour it over chicken. Marinate for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, add water to remaining teriyaki sauce mixture to measure 2/3 cup; blend in cornstarch. In a skillet add chicken and cook for 5 minutes. Add remaining teriyaki sauce mixture in a saucepan and cook for about 4 minutes until sauce becomes thick. In a bowl put a spoonful of white rice at the bottom, top with chicken and drizzle in the thick teriyaki mixture and sour cream.
