  • 3 -4 lbs of beef brisket, trimmed
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • a handful of garlic powder, for seasoning
  • salt and pepper, for taste
  • 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of ketchup
  • Barbecue sauce
  • Coca-Cola

First, take the dry seasonings, and generously season the brisket. Make sure to season the brisket equally on all sides
Next, take ketchup, Worcestershire, and gravy. Mix this all together and equally spread it over the beef.
Then, put the beef in a covered roaster. Take the onion slices and spread them over the beef. Then take the coca-cola and generously pour it over the beef.
Then, cover the beef and roast it at 350°F for about 3 hours.
After the 3 hours are up, take it out of the oven and slice it up.
Cook the meat for an extra hour.
Then, take the meat out of the oven and pour bbq sauce over the meat.
Serve your brisket with your favorite cookout sides.
