Tender Cranberry Chicken
Serving Size / Yield
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 package of dry onion soup mix
- 1 can of cranberry sauce
- 1 package of Catalina dressing
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place the chicken into a baking pan. Spread the cranberry sauce over the chicken. Sprinkle the onion soup mix, Catalina dressing, and pecans over the top. Bake for 45 minutes with foil. Remove the foil and place in the oven once more for 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy while it's hot next to your favorite side dish.
