Chicken and wraps go hand-in-hand. The tenderness of a well-prepared and cooked chicken just goes so well with the tortilla! The peppers also add a nice texture and flavor that is much needed in a soft wrap!

  • 2 lbs. boneless chicken breasts, skin removed
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 tbsp. chili powder
  • ½ tsp. paprika
  • ¼ tsp. garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp. onion powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • ½ cup vegetable broth
  • Tortillas (flour or corn)

Combine chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Sift until combined
Place peppers in the crockpot and sprinkle with chili powder mixture
Add chicken to the crockpot and pour in vegetable broth
Cover and cook for 7 hours on low (or about 3 hours on high)
When nearly done, heat tortillas on a hot pan for about 1 minute on each side
Serve chicken and bell peppers wrapped inside of a tortilla
