  • 4 filet mignon steaks
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 3 T. butter
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Parsley
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Salt and pepper the steaks to taste. Prepare a skillet with the olive oil and butter. Place the garlic cloves into the skillet. Place the steaks into the hot skillet. Brown them on both sides for 5-10 minutes, depending on how rare you like your steak. Serve with parsley. Enjoy!
