  • 2 T. soy sauce
  • 3 T. vegetable oil
  • 2 T. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 tsp. garlic, minced
  • 2 lb. beef meat, cubed
  • ¼ C. red wine
  • 3 C. water

In a skillet, over medium heat sauté the chopped onion, minced garlic and cubed beef with the vegetable oil. Once the beef is browned, add in the remaining ingredients. Serve with potatoes. Enjoy!
