  • 1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, diced
  • 5 large plums, pitted and quartered
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • ½ tsp. paprika
  • ½ tsp. pepper

Heat a large skillet on medium-high. In a small bowl, combine all of the seasonings. Drizzle a little olive oil in the skillet and toss in the chicken. Toss in the plums after about 5 minutes and sprinkle the seasoning on top. Stir everything together and continue cooking until the chicken is cooked through. Skewer the meat and plums and serve.
