  • 1 (4-5 lb.) cooked boneless ham
  • 2 T. butter
  • ¼ C. shallots, diced
  • 1 C. vegetable broth
  • 3 T. heavy whipping cream
  • 2 T. drained capers
  • 1 T. Dijon mustard

Place ham into your crockpot. In a medium saucepan, melt butter and sauté shallots until translucent. Add in broth and cream; bring to a boil. Stir as sauce thickens for about 3 to 4 minutes. Mix in capers and mustard until evenly incorporated. Pour sauce over ham and cook on high for 4 to 6 hours until heated through.
