  • 4 anjou pears, halved and cored
  • ½ C. fresh cranberries
  • 4 Tbs. chopped pecans
  • 4 tsp. honey
  • 1 C. vanilla greek yogurt, to serve
  • Cinnamon and nutmeg to garnish

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Place the pears on a baking sheet, cutting a small piece off to have them lay flat. Place cranberries, pecans, cinnamon and nutmeg inside the hollows. Drizzle the pears with honey and bake for 25 minutes until they’re tender.
