Tender Steak With Balsamic Dressed Mushrooms
Serving Size / Yield
- 1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 C. olive oil
- 1/2 C. chopped green onions
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/4 C. balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 C. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 steak filet, cooked to your liking
Heat the olive oil with the mushrooms in the olive oil and saute them for 3 minutes.
Add the green onions and garlic and continue to cook for another 2 minutes. Stir in the vinegar and Worcestershire sauce and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, then remove from the heat and pour over cooked steak.
