  • 3-4 boneless chicken breasts, cubed
  • ½ C. vegetable oil
  • ¼ C. soy sauce
  • 3 T. honey
  • 2 T. white wine vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 T. vegetable oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • Lettuce
  • 4 ciabatta rolls

In a bowl, whisk together oil, soy sauce, honey, vinegar, garlic, ginger, and pepper. Add chicken and marinate over night. In a skillet, heat oil and sauté red bell pepper and onion until softened.
