Simple, tasty and different way of doing corn on the cob.

  • 3 Tbs. creamy peanut butter
  • 3/4 C. teriyaki sauce
  • 1 Tbs. olive oil

Mix all ingredients in a bowl until a thin paste consistency, then spread on corn on the cob. Wrap in aluminum foil. Place on barbecue grill and cook until slightly brown, 2-3 minutes.
