These 1/2 pound burgers are full of spice and flavor!

  • 2 lbs. ground round
  • 1/4 C. BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 C. yellow onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbs. salsa
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 4 hamburger buns

Mix beef, BBQ sauce, onion, salsa, and chili powder together in a bowl and shape the mixture into 4 large patties.  Place burgers on a grill and cook to desired doneness.  Serve on buns.

Serve with: Creamed Cole Slaw
