  • 3 med. ripe avocados (substitute avocado dip if desired)
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 C. dairy sour cream
  • 1 C. mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
  • 2 cans (10.5 oz.) plain or jalapeno flavored bean dip
  • 1 lg. bunch green onions (1 C. chopped)
  • 3 med. tomatoes, cored and chopped
  • 2 3.5 oz. cans pitted black olives
  • 1 8 oz. pkg. shredded sharp cheddar
  • 1 lg. pkg. round tortilla chips

Peel and mash avocados. Mix avocados with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and taco seasoning in separate bowl. Spread bean dip in shallow glass pan. Top with avocado mix. Layer with sour cream mixture. Sprinkle with onions and tomatoes. Cover with cheese. Chill if desired.
