A great dip recipe for any party or even a tasty snack!

  • 1 15-oz. black beans, drained, rinsed
  • 2 Tbs. chunky-style salsa
  • 1 1/2 C. sour cream
  • 1 C. guacamole
  • 1 C. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 sm. tomato, seeded, chopped
  • 2 med. green onions, chopped
  • Tortilla chips

In small bowl, mix beans and salsa. On 12- or 13-inch serving plate, spoon bean mixture into 10-inch circle. Spoon sour cream over beans, leaving about 1-inch border of beans around edge. Spread guacamole over sour cream, leaving border of sour cream showing. Sprinkle cheese, tomato, onions over guacamole. Serve immediately or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate pu to 6 hours. Serve with tortilla chips.
