Texas Barbecue Potatoes
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 C. prepared barbecue sauce
- 1 1/4 C. water
- 2 tsp. dried thyme
- 1 1/2 tsp. instant chicken boullion granules
- 1 1/3 lb. potatoes, cut into 1/4-inch slices
Directions
In large sauté pan combine all ingredients except potatoes; bring to boil. Add potatoes; cover and simmer 20-25 minutes until tender, stirring occasionally. Serve hot. (May also be chilled and served as a salad.)
