Make sure to have two Texas-size patties for each burger because all the ingredients will be stuffed inside. Combine all other ingredients. Lay one of your patties on the counter and start putting the mixture on top. Lay the other patty on top and press both ends together keeping the mixture inside. It will look so humongous at first, but once you start pan-frying or grilling, it will come to shape nicely. While this is cooking, grab a package of gravy mix (I like using McCormick) and follow instructions for some delicious gravy. After it’s all done, pour the gravy over the hamburger, and you have a delicious, juicy and cheesy hamburger steak.
