Ingredients

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter, creamy or crunchy both work
  • 2 teaspoons nutmeg
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Directions

In a large bowl, microwave the chocolate chips, butter, and peanut butter in 10 second increments until fully melted. Mix in the cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla.

Mix in the pecans and oats, stirring until everything is fully combined. Scoop the dough onto a wax paper lined baking sheet. Then lay another sheet of wax paper on top. Gently flatten the cookies underneath the wax paper. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours, peel off the wax paper and enjoy!
