Ingredients
- Pork Butt to fill your crockpot
- 1C vinegar
- 2T Worcestershire
- 1T liquid smoke
- 2 bay leaves
- 6 cloves garlic
- 2 seeded jalapeno peppers
- 1 chopped onion
- 1T cumin
- 2C water
- BBQ sauce

Directions
Put everything except the BBQ sauce in the crockpot. Cook on high for 4 hours and then low for 4 hours. The meat should be cooked and falling off the bones. Take the meat out of the crock and discard the liquid and fat. Shred the meat with two forks and return to the crock. Add BBQ sauce and mix. Adjust seasonings to taste. Refrigerate till needed then reheat and serve.
