Thai Dumpling Soup
Ingredients
- one 16-oz. bag frozen Thai shrimp gyoza
- 4 C. chicken broth
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 3 C. refrigerated stir fry vegetables
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. toasted sesame oil
- black pepper, to taste
Directions
Heat broth, soy sauce, and garlic over a medium-high heat in a pan. Bring mixture to a boil, then add gyoza and vegetables. When mixture boils again, reduce heat to medium-low and cook for 5 minutes.
Beat egg with a fork until frothey, then slowly pour it into the soup in a stream, creating a ribbon of cooked egg.
Remove mixture from heat, stir in sesame oil, and season with black pepper.
