These Asian-flavored salmon steaks are simply delightful!

  • 4 6-oz. salmon steaks
  • 1 tsp. rice vinegar
  • 2 Tbs. low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 C. honey
  • 2 Tbs. prepared Chinese mustard
  • 2 Tbs. fresh parsley, minced

Heat vinegar, soy sauce, honey, mustard, and parsley in a saucepan and simmer for 5 minutes.  Place salmon on a grill, cover with sauce, and grill until cooked through.
