Thai Grilled Salmon
Ingredients
- 4 6-oz. salmon steaks
- 1 tsp. rice vinegar
- 2 Tbs. low sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 C. honey
- 2 Tbs. prepared Chinese mustard
- 2 Tbs. fresh parsley, minced
Directions
Heat vinegar, soy sauce, honey, mustard, and parsley in a saucepan and simmer for 5 minutes. Place salmon on a grill, cover with sauce, and grill until cooked through.
Serve With: Warm Balsamic Roasted Asparagus
