The Best Buttermilk Pancakes
Serving Size / Yield
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Teaspoon of sugar
- 2 Cups of buttermilk
- 1 Teaspoon of baking soda
- 2 Teaspoon of baking powder
- 2 Cups of plain flour
- 1 Tbs. of melted butter
- ½ Teaspoon of salt
Put the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and soda and stir.
Put the eggs, buttermilk and vanilla in a different bowl and stir.
Combine the two mixtures in one bowl and whisk together. The paste should look thick and fluffy.
Pour a scanty mixture into a greased media heat pan and cook until each side is golden brown. This should be repeated until the paste is finished.
Serve with syrup or fruits of your choice.
