  • 4 small boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 T. yellow curry powder
  • 1 C. soy sauce
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • ¼ tsp. sugar
  • ¼ tsp. pepper

Cut the chicken breasts in half and flatten the pieces. They should be ¼ inch thick. In a small bowl mix the yellow curry powder, soy sauce, garlic, sugar, and pepper. This will be used to marinate your chicken, so feel free to marinate your chicken the day before or the day of. Place the chicken in the crockpot when your chicken is marinated. Let it cook on a low heat for 5-6 hours. When the chicken is done, put the pieces on a skewer.
