Regular chocolate cookies can be a little too sweet for some people, so it makes sense to add ginger to cut the sweetness and add some spice! While ginger and chocolate is not a common combination but it is a match made in heaven when it comes to cookies. These ginger and chocolate cookies can be stored in an airtight container and for up to a week. Dark chocolate works best with this recipe but you can also use milk chocolate.
