  • 1 (4 serving size) pkg. jello vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 1/3 C. water
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 C. oil
  • 1 1/3 C. coconut flakes
  • 1 C. chopped pecans

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease and flour 3 9-in. round baking pans. Set aside. In a bowl, combine the cake mix, dry pudding mix, water, eggs, and oil and beat on a low speed until well blended. Stir in the coconut and pecans. Pour the mixture evenly into 3 pans. Bake for 35 minutes and cool for 15 minutes. Fill and frost as desired.
