  • 4 lbs. chicken wings
  • 1 ½ C. barbecue sauce
  • 1 T. brown sugar
  • 1 T. sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • ¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • Vegetable oil spray

Mix the sugar, mustard, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Pour this into a Ziplock bag. After you wash the chicken wings place them into the bag and shake them until they are coated. Place the coated wings into the crockpot. Let them cook for 3-4 hours on a low setting. Transfer the chicken wings onto a baking sheet covered with foil and vegetable oil spray. Brush the chicken wings with the barbecue sauce and place them into the broiler for 5-10 minutes. Let them cool and enjoy!
